1) Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Wrong size chosen by the customer (please check our size chart before ordering).

Change of mind, preference, or “no longer want it”.

Normal wear and tear.

Minor color differences due to screen settings.
2) Reporting an Issue (Timeframe)
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos and/or video showing the issue

A photo of the shipping label on the package

3) Resolutions
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

Free replacement (recommended)

Partial refund (if appropriate)

Full refund (if the issue cannot be resolved)
4) Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Your bank/card may take additional time to post the refund.
5) Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve your issue quickly. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution.
